Senior Manager, Talent Pipeline Programs - Req. 1900869


Job Summary:

Under limited supervision, uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to lead the Accelerated Development Program (ADP) – Finance and provide strategic insight and leadership development opportunities for other talent pipeline programs throughout Raymond James Financial. Working with Talent Acquisition – Campus Recruiting, HR Business Partners, Organization & Talent Development and leaders from business units across the firm, manage the rotational assignments and final placement, feedback, development and engagement of recent college graduates who are in the ADP program. In this role, collaborate with program managers of other talent pipeline programs to collaborate on key development opportunities, supporting mentoring and providing access to senior leaders across the organization. Work with the learning and development team to ensure appropriate learning opportunities exist and meet the needs of program participants.                         

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide managerial oversight to all program participants
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify rotational assignments based on specific job function tracks
• Support rotation managers in identifying relevant job duties for each assignment
• Design and run the onboarding program for each ADP class
• Collect and provide performance feedback on each participant
• Lead the final placement process to ensure analysts who are successfully completing the program are finding suitable full-time roles within the firm
• Coordinate (and occasionally) facilitate learning and development curriculum for the ADP-Finance program
• Work in partnership with other pipeline program managers to identify areas for collaboration
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition – Campus Recruiting team on creating and delivering development opportunities for the internship program
• Builds and maintains positive working relationships with key stakeholders
• Communicates effectively with steering committee, senior leaders and other key stakeholders on analyst’s needs, progress and opportunities
• Tracks progress by developing and maintaining timely and accurate data on placement, retention, diversity, overall success of the program
• Supports financial planning in developing, tracking and managing budgets
• Facilitates and coordinates regular cohort meetings
• Assist Campus Recruiting team with internship program participant development

Educational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

• A bachelors degree and ten (10) years of experience in Human Resources; experience with managing development programs and/or talent management processes.
• Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience approved by Human Resources.
